Aaron Bayne

President, Head of Operations

With two decades on stage and over ten years in artist management, Aaron Bayne brings a rare blend of artistic authenticity and business acumen to every project he touches.

A professional beatboxer and seasoned performer, Aaron’s résumé spans marquee appearances on The Kelly Clarkson Show, Broadway stages, and high-profile events for the Kansas City Chiefs and Baltimore Ravens. He’s collaborated with some of the world’s most recognizable brands and organizations, including Under Armour, Meta, FOX, Discord, State Farm, Disney, and VidCon, as well as numerous charities and nonprofits, delivering dynamic performances and managing seamless bookings at every level.

Academically, Aaron is equally accomplished. He earned his Master’s in Music Business from Berklee College of Music, following a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Towson University. His business background includes over five years in the financial sector, specializing in sports and entertainment wealth management—giving him a sharp eye for maximizing artists’ opportunities while safeguarding their futures.

Today, Aaron combines his deep industry knowledge, creative sensibility, and strategic mindset to guide artists toward sustainable, standout careers. Whether performing, booking, or managing, his mission is simple: help talent thrive in every way possible.

 

Ian policarpio

Head of Social & Digital Strategy 

Ian leads social strategy for BAM’s roster by developing tailored content approaches, tracking engagement and performance, and staying on top of platform trends and algorithm changes. His approach emphasizes intentional growth, helping artists balance effective promotion with meaningful self-branding that feels authentic to who they are.

Ian earned his Bachelor's degree in Music at Chapman University and is currently completing his Master's in Entertainment Industry Management at California State University, Northridge. He has seen the entertainment industry from many different angles, spanning from teaching voice lessons to performing, from in the studio to on a set, and from live events to the digital space.

With over a decade of professional experience, Ian has developed a talent for identifying what audiences respond to. He is people-first at his core, motivated by a personal mission to help artists grow, thrive, and reach their full potential.
